TANZANIA

Tanzania is an incredibly vast country with an amazing variety of wildlife and landscapes. Below we only highlight the two main Northern parks as these are easily accessible from the main International airport.  There are amazing other areas to visit but the internal flights are not cheap, and distances are too great to cover by road - but the experience is well worth it! To explore the country properly, drop us an email to discuss ideas.

The Serengeti/ Mara Eco-System is home to the great wildebeest migration. Starting in early March with the incredible calving season, where nearly half a million babies are born in a matter of weeks, and then building up to the greatest show of them all - the migration! With a variety of accomodation options the Serengeti is great for those on a "once in a lifetime" trip and offers great opportunities to see predators in action!

Conveniently close to Arusha, Tarangire is one of the best places in Tanzania for elephants - during the dry season there are literally hundreds to be found in the drying rivers within the park. The leopards of the park also are frequently seen in Baobabs, offering a different dimension for wildlife photographers. For those climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, a 3 day add-on to Tarangire is a great way to start or end your climb!
